It is clear that the new Administration will be swamped in its first months by the urgent– trying to control the raging pandemic, distributing vaccines equitably, dealing with domestic racism and terrorism, and shoring up an economy in the deepest recession since the 1930s. Yet, tactical responses to the urgent cannot be achieved without strategic approaches that critically analyze current challenges while constructing a clear vision for the future.
