Researcher

Carmen is a junior at the University of Southern California, double majoring in International Relations & the Global Economy, and French. Her hometown is San Juan, Puerto Rico.  She is interested in learning more about the legal and regulatory frameworks, both domestic and international, that shape data governance, cybersecurity, and e-commerce.
