Director-Cyber Law

Daniel has degrees from Utrecht University, the University of Cape Town, and Leiden University. He is an admitted attorney, having worked in white-shoe law firms and as a consultant. He is currently pursuing his PhD. 
Research Daniel’s research is primarily focused on the legal, governance and commercial issues surrounding machine learning (artificial intelligence), data protection, cybersecurity and other emerging digital technologies. He also writes in the domains electronic communications law and social theory.
