Leandro graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in International Relations and a minor in Law and Public Policy. Born in the Philippines but raised in Singapore – Leandro’s goal is to spur development in South East Asia through policy guidance at the intersection of geopolitics, communications and emerging technologies. Leandro’s research interests include sustainable development and the implementation of machine learning and information systems to accelerate growth in developing countries.
