Paul Ross is a graduate of Princeton and Columbia Universities. He spent more than a decade living and working in China. He is the author of “Barriers to Entry: Overcoming Challenges and Achieving Breakthroughs in a Chinese Workplace” (Palgrave Macmillan 2020). At Global TechnoPolitics Forum, he has published a paper on The Arctic as a ground for global cooperation.
