Jack Merrett is a researcher at the Global TechnoPolitics Forum, where he writes on the politics of technology in Russia.

A graduate of Central European University’s Department of International Relations, he is an alumnus of King’s College London, where he received the Hanson and Relton Prizes, and University College London.
